Requirements to host a successful simulation:
Venue: A large room or gym that can seat 60+ people; 28 volunteer participants minimum, committed in advance (80 max); 12 volunteer community resource actors minimum (18 max); 60 chairs and 8 tables (3x6ft preferable); 3.5 hours minimum reserved for the venue
