Estes Park United

Invest in the Future of Estes Park

Welcome to Estes Park United, an initiative of United Way of Larimer County, funding critical programs in Estes Park. We partner with local nonprofits, schools, businesses, and community members to create a united Estes Park that thrives with healthy kids, healthy families, and a healthy community. We prioritize essential programs that support literacy, academic success, and overall well-being for our children and families.

Our Impact:

    • Dolly Parton's Imagination Library: Each month, we deliver new books to over 100 Estes Park children aged 0-5 at no cost to families, fostering critical literacy skills and prepares children for kindergarten.
    • Educational Support in Estes Park Schools: We provided crucial tutoring to over 60 students, bridging learning gaps post-pandemic. Remarkably, 74.3% of these students met or surpassed growth norms, significantly exceeding the school-wide average.
    • Colorado Reading Corps: Last year, our partnership impacted 602 K-3 students in Larimer County, including many in Estes Park, through 36,500 targeted reading tutoring sessions.

Your donation to Estes Park United ensures our community’s children have the resources and opportunities they need to thrive. Join us in investing in their future today.

2600

Your gift of $2,600 can provide five children (4-5 years of age) that are below the developmental range for early reading success with a 32 month pre-literacy program to correct those delays putting them on the road to reading success.

Why it matters: Let's be honest – very few things lead to self-reliance, or the lack of it, than being able to communicate and use language skills effectively, to be literate and have the ability to read.
