A Little Help is a grassroots non-profit organization whose mission is connecting neighbors to help seniors thrive! This is our kickoff event, launching A Little Help in Northern Colorado, and we are excited to be working with United Way Make a Difference Day.

For this event, volunteers of all ages will meet at Edora Park, near the tennis courts at the SW entrance, off E. Stuart St. Registration, coffee and donuts begin at 8:00am on Saturday, October 20th. After introductions, including a Mayoral Proclamation, we will be divided into teams. Each team will be given the name/addresses of home owners requesting assistance with yard clean up, raking, and/or outside window washing (first floor). Work should be completed by 12:00pm.

At noon, all participants are invited to join the A Little Help kickoff party at Odell Brewing Company (800 East Lincoln Ave., Fort Collins, CO 80524) for food, drinks, music and fun!

Once again the Phantom 4 Miler race is back to bring a fun, family, and dog friendly Halloween themed morning to benefit homeless animals. This year's run/walk features a fun venue, great 4 mile course, post-race hot breakfast and beer from presenting sponsor The Biergarten at Anheuser Busch, live music, and sponsor and vendor booths. Proceeds benefit Animal House Rescue & Grooming and Fort Collins Cat Rescue & Spay/Neuter Clinic! The race starts and finishes at The Biergarten in Fort Collins, where participants will enjoy panoramic views of the foothills. All volunteers will receive an event t-shirt and a ticket to enjoy breakfast after your shift. Help is needed with:

We need volunteers that would like to help us complete a painting, cleaning, organizing job at our Harmony Village Club unit!

Come help make a difference in the lives of those who we help. We are a homeless and emergency shelter that serves men, women and families and we could use your help to spruce up our place to make it a safer place for our residents, families and guests.
Volunteers will be helping us with the light maintenance task in our day room/resident dorms as well as assist with outside landscaping projects that will improve our appearance to all that come here.
Volunteers should come dress appropriately for the weather, and are welcome to bring their own work gloves and a water bottle. We will provide all the tools necessary for each project.
