The Center for Fine Art Photography has been a project in the past and our organization has greatly benefitted our past interactions.

This year we are hoping to enliven our courtyard. This courtyard area is used for adult and youth workshops, a place for visitors to sit, and for event rentals.

C4FAP is hoping to install some solar powered lighting, plant some shrubs, paint a few window frames, remove a pair of old banisters, and install a small piece of banner art in the courtyard area. In the event of inclement weather, there is some shelving units that need to be built for storage.

Project Date is April 22nd, 9am to 1pm at 400 North College Ave in Fort Collins, CO.

Come help us clean up one of our newest Natural Areas - Goose Hollow! This area was just recently purchased and needs a little love before we open it to the public.

Natural Areas is partnering with Odell Brewing to make this happen.

We will be picking up trash, getting on kayaks to clear vegetation and collect trash within the pond, and creating our sign to let the public know it is open! Child-friendly projects available.

After all of our hard work, we will head to Odell's for lunch and refreshments!

Help is needed prepping and general cleanup of the garden at The Farm at Martinez Park.

Treatsylvania is a special event for The Farm that has been running the last 26 years. The storefronts that kids trick or treat at are in need of re building or a new design is needed for easier moving and storage. Each storefront is painted with a Halloween or sponsor specific design. Currently they are made of particle board and are quite heavy to move, however are very durable.

Kites in the Park is a large, free community event Celebrating spring, family, and the outdoors. Featured are demonstrations with giant kites, battling kites, and kite ballet. Opportunities to decorate your own kite, visit food and merchandise vendors, and of course, bring your own kite to fly.

This group will build a pumpkin bowling lane and a pumpkin plinko board for Halloween Enchanted Garden. This is a candy free event that we offer every year for children ages 2-8. The Gardens offers games with prizes, activities such as mad scientist experiments and the Talking Pumpkin. The project will take place over 2 days, April 22 and April 29, 2017.

Help us Spring Clean the Homeless Gear Warehouse!

Homeless Gear collects outdoor gear (tents, tarps, packs, sleeping bags, sleeping pads, etc.), outerwear (coats, rain gear, footwear, etc.), hygiene products (deodorant, disposable razors, shampoo, etc.) and distributes these items to people who are homeless. Last year we collected, processed and distributed about $1.5 million dollars worth of gear and food. Our goal is simple: to provide the people we serve with the supplies that they need to survive, regain stability and?ultimately?progress toward self-sufficiency.

We distribute products through:

* The Gear Room at the Murphy Center for Hope (242 Conifer Street in Fort Collins)
* Our Street Outreach program
*Shipments to 50+ organizations that serve people who are homeless across Colorado
Distribution Events

As you can imagine, a Warehouse that processes this much product gets a lot of use! While our warehouse is very organized, it does need a top to bottom cleaning. We would also be open to groups who are also interested in refreshing things with some paint.

It is Spring cleaning time again at the House of Neighborly Service in Loveland. Join Odell Brewing Company and Headwaters Realty for our third joint volunteer project!

We are looking forward to a great day cleaning, painting, and doing small maintenance repairs at the House of Neighborly Service. The House of Neighborly Service is a wonderful organization that connects low income and impoverished individuals and families to available resources in the community.

Breakfast will be provided by Headwaters Realty to get the day started, then join us for the celebration of our successful project with lunch and beer (if over 21) at Odell Brewing Company!

Please join us in preparing to clean up homes before new families get ready to move in!
